Dive into the fascinating world of reptiles with the experts from Alice Springs Reptile Centre. Get up close and personal to friendly Bearded Dragons, Shingleback Lizards, Blue-tongued Lizards, Stimson’s Pythons and Olive Pythons with opportunity to handle these captivating reptiles. Don’t miss the reptile talk show at 11am, where you can learn about venomous snakes and have all your weirdest reptile questions answered in a fun Q&A session.

Take a trip back in time and experience the joys of the jazz age! Enjoy traditional jazz, swing and blues from Basin Street, New Orleans, as Blatherskite Park comes to life. This dynamic six-piece band will take you on a musical journey with the amazing sounds of the tenor sax, trumpet, clarinet, keyboard, stand-up bass, and drums.
Alice Swings - Dancing in the Desert, 1pm - 1:45pm
Join us for a mini taster class in Lindy Hop, perfect for beginners! No dance experience or partner required - just bring your fun energy and love of music! Learn the basics of this lively dance style, celebrated in the ‘swinging’ jazz scene of 1920s-1940s America, taught by a duo from the talented Alice Swings community group.
Red Centre Line Dancers, 2pm - 2:45pm
Alice Springs famous line dancers are the talk of the town, get ready to Boot Scoot and join in on the fun with a taster class.
